职位描述

Responsibilities
? Evaluates the business agenda and together with business leaders to define proactive human resources strategies that HR should drive to enable successful achievement of business results;
? Collaborates with functional HR leaders to scope, develop, initiate, implement and evaluate HR initiatives;
? Drive and deliver strategic, transactional & administrative HR services as required;
? Leads and/or supports the design and implementation of changes in organizational structure, including implications of restructuring;
? Effectively develops, delivers & manages and improves various HR China activities related to Talent Management, Performance Management and Leadership Development;
? Develops and conducts training as needed for HR & line management in effectively working with HR initiatives, programs and policies, responding to business needs;
? Researches, develops, and implements new or updated HR China policies and management procedures by working with functional HR, line management and colleagues throughout the region;
? Analyzes trends across China operations related to attraction, retention, development and attrition of key talent as defined by the China Talent Management process and proposes support or action needed to adjust unfavorable trends;
? Builds effective business relationships within Senior Management, line management and functional HR to proactively support business needs and drive the HR agenda.

Requirement
? Minimum of 10 years of broad Human Resource Management experience, preferably in a large, complex internet company environment with video focus;
? Knowledgeable in current labor law, with experience & proficiency in both increasing & decreasing company workforce;
? Has project management experience, including experience implementing programs in a large, complex environment;
? Has excellent project management skills, including the ability to set project objectives, identify and address issues, identify required resources, identify process steps and milestones, and adjust actions plans to achieve desired outcomes;
? Fluent in English & Chinese;
? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing and be able to articulate complex ideas for all levels of audiences;
? Self-starter who is accountable and requires minimal direction and supervision;
? Open to new ideas, is creative and flexible, and who feels comfortable working in a geographically diverse, complex matrix organization;
? Strong personal characteristics of professionalism, credibility, commitment to high standards, innovation, discriminating judgment, accountability and proactive-ness;
? Well-documented reputation for delivering transitionally & strategically on HR promises made to the business.
